Tomb Raider Fanfiction Competition #10 - Entries

Theme: Holidays: This theme can be interpreted literally or figuratively. Whether you decide to have Lara celebrate a holiday or simply use a holiday's theme for inspiration, it's all fair game. So by all means, have Lara go trick-or-treating, host a New Year's party, hunt for a relic related to Christmas, or whatever else your imagination can come up with which relates to a holiday in some way

Rules
· Word limit suggested between 100 - 5000 words (I expect most entries will be around 2000 words, but I like giving flexibility if it is needed)
· Use proper spelling and grammar
· Leave a blank line between paragraphs for the purposes of posting the entry on the forums
· The entry must follow the theme outlined above (but how you include the theme is up to you)
· The entry must be original, your own work, and specifically written for this competition
· The entry may refer to anything from the official games, but not to another person's fan-created content
· One official entry per person (if you post more than one that's fine, but indicate which entry will be voted upon)
· All entries must be posted in this thread by the deadline
· Every participant must vote in the subsequent voting thread in order to have their own entry count
· The winner of this competition will need to host the next one!

Considering that people have actual holidays to deal with, not to mention final exams for the people who are taking classes, I'm giving until January which is about two and a half months from now.

Deadline: January 9th, 2011

I may try this one, even though it may end up being the silliest thing that I will have ever written. Maybe I'll make it a romantic tearjerker or something, try and get the female vote.

Yeah that is a lovely pic and i love the theme probably will start halfway November or somewhere in December though. Because i might be about to move but i'm definitely in the contest. as it is a great theme which gives so much freedom.(just hope other entrants don't take too much freedom but that's where the forum rules kick in i guess).
