^Yes! Usual Japanese releases (at least for the K-pop artists I know, since I am not into J-pop) are always announced so early and then you get 2490394 teasers and short versions of the mv, but don't actually have to wait until the actual release date for the full song and video.

Have you listened to Infinite? I've loved how they sound ever since their debut song, but their newest has to be my favorite

Oh and Big Bang teasers. I only liked Fantastic baby from their previous release, but I think they won't disappoint me this time. Seungri's one is my favorite

I'm not too sure, either. I like the song okay, the video is just not what I would expect from them. As much as I didn't like "Be My Baby" on first listen (I adore it now), the MV was at least on-point from the beginning. More importantly though, what happened to shooting a video for "Me, in" from the Wonder World album? I thought it had been confirmed months ago. That song deserved one.

I've been listening to k-pop for so many years now but tbh this year it has been p dissapointing for the most part, the amount of idol groups that debut are just insane now and I can't even keep up anymore, and a lot of them are just so lackluster. And about half of them fade into obscurity. The groups that I really like are just mia for a while, except WG, I was hoping their mini was good but I only liked the first two songs, and TDIM (but I've heard that before so...). I'm starting to get bored of it and listening to j-pop more lately just like I used to before I got into k-pop

would say Lovey Dovey is my favourite k-pop song this year so far tho

Was a bit sad that just about every choice I made during the Thumb Noise rounds lost lol. Instead of a fast tempo track, we ended up with a slow "I don't care" wannabe... It's nice and all, but it just sounds so familiar.
