I originally joined it for the games out of intense recommendation from all my friends and my parents swearing to never use the social side of it. I must admit though that I think its a great way to get in touch with old friends you thought you'd never see again, and to catch up with them.

I'm not one of those kind of people who posts about every single thing that I do during the day. People that do that just irritate me. Like anyone cares if you're brushing your teeth?

I have a Facebook, but I only use it to talk to 2-3 people. I try to convince them to make an MSN, but they just seem to run into problems when installing it, or they don't wish to leave FB.

I used to have one, when in wasn't still popular in Greece. I used it for TRF pals and some from my university's forum. As soon as all friends and relatives got one, I disabled my account.
Glad I did and I'm now proud to say I don't have a FB account.

I don't. It's creepy and an invasion of private life. I realize the positives of FB that you can connect with long lost friends. But I'd only consider doing that if I hit the lottery or something that's worth sharing.

All of the people around me are like "omg you don't facebook, why not, you should, it's great, it's fun..dadada" and then they're like "omg we have so much new kind of drama that came along with facebook." So that's when I feel validated by my unpopular decision.

I have one, and it's quite useless. I don't use it to chat, play games, or post photos of myself. I only have my artwork there. I did click to follow interesting pages here and there, but eventually realized that it's pointless because I never go there, so I don't keep track of all the recommended posts.

I normally always open up a page on these popular websites to see what the fuss is about, but like Myspace or Twitter I suspect this is another one that I'll eventually forget about completely.
