Ok, so my mom's computer was infected with something, and it changed the way that it gets to bank of america's website. We've tried everything, we've scanned it, we took a trojan off of it, but it's still there.
I know there are some hackers on this forum, so has anyone ever done anything like that? I think it's called a Hijacked Browser. Please respond (even if you're not a hacker but have had this issue, HELP!)

1. Run ARDiag and post the report here.
2. Download AVZ and perform full scan with maximum heuristics + rootkit search. 3. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and send a copy of your hosts file to esconder[at]mail.ru (probably they just changed some IP bindings there) ![]() If you don't feel it totally safe to discuss that issue publicly, we can take it to PMs.
