I think in the first game she says that mind meld is not necessarily sexual. Nice interpretation! I was thinking along the lines of it being her closest imagining of serenity, and she wanted to share it with Shep. :3

I think it's understandable that Cortez would behave like that in his situation and it doesn't have anything to do with him being gay. However, I do agree that it kind of put me off dating him with my M!Shep. I mean, I would've probably liked him more if he had not just lost his husband and if he hadn't been so depressed.

I agree with the others, the conversations with Cortez felt natural to me
you caught him in a private moment, so he decided to just be frank about it instead of keeping it to himself. He probably needed to get it out, too. Nothing wrong with it in my view ![]() The asari are a special case. In my opinion, both sides are right: yes, a female human and an asari together can be considered a homosexual relationship and they can simultaneously not. Can, because asari are very much like women, their physiology, facial features, personalities (most of the time)... On the other hand, it's perfectly fine to say you cannot, since they're not technically female: they're a monogendered race and male/female is thus not applicable in this case. No one is wrong, both are right let's just leave it at that ![]() With the Extended Cut more or less digested now, I think the saddest part if I look back is David Anderson dying. The original ending had me pretty confused, but with matters by and large cleared up, I can't help but think back to that moment especially the "extended" dialogue version that was cut. Mmm. He was a good man.In the other end of the scale, I'm always touched when you see the Alliance soldiers fighting groundside, the energy spreading and Reapers in the background falling lifeless to the ground, making the soldiers raise their Avengers in victory. It must've been an incredible sight for them. Imagine the rush of feelings... I also think it's because of how the music plays in that part, though the first half/two-thirds of An End Once and For All is amazing... Mmm...This is turning out to be a random train of thought, better stop now

I still favour Destroy overall (Sorry Geth and EDI), From what i can gather and based on what the Catalyst said "the Crucible changed me" I think the Catalyst has become a rogue AI

One of the things I hate so much about the new Synthethis ending (not that I really liked it before but still) is that it's all a bit too happy and cheesy. I mean, the Reapers helping to rebuild? Seriously? Awful, awful, awful.

Hey guys, just thought I'd throw it out there that I'm playing ME2 for the first time, and absolutely loving it.
I'm very new to the world of RPG's, and I've never loved full-on shooters in the past, but this game combines both so slickly. |

Does anyone else find glowing green eyes on a baby Krogan to be rather unnerving? Watched them on YouTube. Couldn't be bothered to play through again to get to the end to try out the endings. I'll play it again when more campaign DLC comes out.

So.....is the Extended Cut actually in the PS Store (North America)? Or was it simply an update to the game. It doesn't arrive until July 4th in Europe, but I didn't see it the PS Store. So it this actually DLC you have to download manually...or did it get installed into my game when it updated on the day it was released?
