Personally, I think there should be an ethical boundary that model agencies need to adhere to and follow moral and ethical standards on their own rather then any forceful federal law pushing them to do so. Its quite creepy as to how young some of the models are these days posing in risque pictures; And I am not exaggerating when I use the word young:

I agree. There's a little to much "come hither" in those photos. We should not be encouraging that.

18+ for provocative modelling, anything younger must be properly covered and not posing to wet the appitie of pedafiles...

Yeah, the provocative poses are wrong for her age, it's like they're trying to make her look older than she is and that's terrible.

The lines to provocative can be blurry. A 12-year-old model may pose with a flowery dress and a lollipop for a clothes ad. This is not provocative, but I'm sure pedobear would put his seal of approval. Or it may be a 16-year-old that looks a lot younger. There are so many factors to take into consideration, that a fixed answer cannot be given in this one. As long as young females "sell", which I figure is forever, then the sexy pics of underage models will always be there unfortunately.

I think anything under 18 would be too young for models particularly male models. And for girls 16 but i think those girls are too young for fashion imo.

![]() As I see, there is nothing wrong with kids modeling for their specific demographic. HOWEVER, when you place a kid upon the pedestal of a super model and make them present themselves as something provocative then that is where the problem starts.

Well kids model kids clothes, nothing wrong in that. This little girl has quite an 'older' look about her features, that can't be helped. The only pic I think is a little creepy is the one with her lying on the sofa: she's clearly been made to look older and is wearing high heals. Unless a 10 year old without a top on dressed as a 'native American' can be seen as creepy in some way. It's obvious she hasn't started puberty yet, in which case a pic like that would be inappropriate. The clothes themselves (apart from the heals) aren't anything I haven't already seen on little girls.
