This guy speaks like a true politician and he's obviously pro-America, so I would imagine that's good enough for some.

So, it turns out you do have to find ways to get revenue when you cut taxes. I kinda wish the country would have realized this earlier, maybe then we wouldn't have cut taxes and then gone to war.
