Nope. I liked the short hair from the leaked concepts, and I think it would have been cool if it wasn't even in a ponytail. It's a younger Lara after all, I'm fine with it.

They've probably done all of that but I doubt it's final. They'll probably redo stuff they don't like and whatnot.

I would guess that they're all finished now, as they've said the main content of the game is completed.
