Love2Raid did leave a post on there asking about it to you. Plus L2R came up with a really good idea and the layout is really well planned,alot of people really liked it. And tbh it was a bit of a mess in the last thread. Not like it's a golden rule you have to make every thread :P

I will share the models here as well as state what issues I had. The extracted models have a somewhat transparent look to them. In blender 2.6 I could remove doubles, set origin to geometry, and recalculate normals to remove the transparent look. Finally I applied a subdivision surface modifier and the models look pretty good (for WoW models) and similar to what they do in the screens. The problem is, I couldn't reproduce this in 2.49 nor could I load up a 2.6 blend in 2.4 without losing the textures. Plus, when doing the steps in 2.6, Alexstrasza's cape was no longer transparent when viewing from behind and invisible when viewed from the front. So I messed around with the transparent models to see if I could at least get some bones in them but I couldn't get the process to work at all. Anyways, here are the extracted models. Much love if someone could rig these with facial bones. They are in .obj format.
