I'm kinda curious.
Why is it that models can't be obtained from those games? Several of them are PS3 exclusives, is that why?

Nope, it's just that extractors are not available for those games, for example the Uncharted games, the .pak files can be obtained from the game, but so far there is no extractor available to extract the models and textures from the .pak files.

Hmmm how about some Killing Floor models?
Full pack of Soldiers (38 + 1 Trader model) http://www.filefactory.com/file/c1a9...KFSoldiers.rar And the specimens http://www.filefactory.com/file/c1a9...FSpecimens.rar in psk and tga file formats. You'll need MilkShape 3d (1.8.4) or 3d Studio Max + psk importer, or Blender 2.5 whith psk importer in order to use those. Both packs have every single character from the game. So hopefully someone could do these. That includes the holiday events/pre order bonus items. Edit: Also for anyone that likes Tekken 6 I know someone who's working on the whole cast for Garry's Mod. So we could either wait for that, or there's a tutorial I can give for someone to port the files from the Xbox 360 version to the computer so you could edit them.
