Help! Advice needed
Hey everyone.
I recently picked up copies of TR1-6 on the PC... I've never played the games on PC and I'm eager to play the expansion packs for the first time. But, I have a problem... I can't get my head round playing TR without a PlayStation controller. I realise that there are adapters which allow you to connect a dualshock to your PC, but I was hoping to make use of the quicksave/weapon scroll features. My question to you lot would be which controller do you recommend? any suggestions? Thanks! |

I, personally, use a PS3 controller (DualShock 3) for the few PC games I play. You just need a mini USB cord and MotioninJoy (free download) for that to work.

I never played TR on the PC except level editor games of course. I don't bother going to the store to get the wires to play for the PC.

The hotkeys for weapons/items/saving/loading in the TR games are unaffected by using a pad. You can plug in any kind of controller and the hotkeys will still work on the keyboard, they always worked for me when using a PS2 pad.
