Angry Legend Problem in the PS3 Trilogy

So I got the Trilogy a few weeks ago, and it seems like there is major saving issues in the game.

I beat the last level in the game Bolivia Redux, and the save rewards or quit options show up. I'll click save rewards, and then the ps3 save menu pops up, it'll save and then it just goes back to the save save rewards or quit options again.

All I can do is press quit which brings me back to the main menu screen. And when I click on resume game, I back at the beginning of the Bolivia Redux level again!

It sucks because I really want to go back and replay the levels, search for the artifacts and beat the time trials! And I really don't feel like replaying the whole entire game again!

Anyone have this issue or have any advise on how to fix it?

I dislike Crystal Dynamics methods of saving the game, and to make matters worse, it can seem even more confusing on PS3 with the introducing of the auto-save feature.

I haven't played the Trilogy for a while now & I don't remember running into this problem when finishing Bolivia Redux, but I know what you mean. The profile saving scheme is different than the PS2 version from what I can remember.

I know that I turned off that dreaded auto-save feature right from the start!

Ah, that's what **LARA LOVER** meant. I thought something may have glitched in their saving process. Also I just assumed that everyone knew that once you defeat fluffy & make your final save that you then choose replay level to continue treasure hunting ect...

I don't ever think I came across this issue before, but I haven't played the Trilogy version of Legend. Is it possible that this glitch happens only on the PS3 version of the game?

^ Im not sure if there was a problem in the first place. It seems as if **LARA LOVER** may have just overlooked the replay level option. But they have yet to confirm this for sure...

In the ps2 version if you selected the continue game after you've finished it, it would take you to the level select screen but they changed this on the ps3 version...

You have to select 'Load' then Load Levels on the PS3.
I thought my save was glitched too, but I was wrong.
I just wonder why they hid the replay menu in the Load menu. >_>

maybe they wanted to make it look like anniversary where you had to select between "level select" and "resume game" (kinda like that) which is pointless after you finish the game because it will show the last cinematic..
