I prefer Current-Gen graphics, Lara's textures look so much better and the game looks more real... unlike the waxworks museum that is Next-Gen mode...

/\ Waxworks museum is actually the prefect description for the next gen. There are things that look better, but the amount of vomit-like object/environment and the characters outweighs them. AFAIK the 360 version looks a lot better though.

I do. The next gen graphics are terrible. The only thing that looks good is the hair, but everything else looks way to shiny, like it's been covered in plastic. And you can't even see the water.

I actually like both current and next-gen. Both of them have their pros and cons, current-gen being stable and colorful, while next-gen version for having just wonderful Lara.

Next-gen graphics do have some gorgeous light effects, and I prefer to take screenshots in Next-gen mode. But for playing, I think the last-gen graphics are better, as next-gen can be quite buggy in places.

I prefer the old-gen look of Lara as well. She looks too glossy and "fake" with the next-gen filter enabled. If I play Legend I always play the PS2 version or the PC version without Next-Gen enabled.

Definitely, I prefer last-gen. Although the next-gen patch gives us an opportunity to stare at extremely good looking views, it also can cause - as it is said in previous posts - many problems and bugs, which cannot be solved easily (how many times i tried...). I want to have stability more than beauty at all costs. ;]

No I disagree, I don't even know how one could prefere last generations graphics, anyway I totally prefere this generations graphics, I love seeing how far the video games graphics has gotten, its so realistic, and their improving as well.
Look how far Lara Croft has come, from 1996 to 2013, its amazing, and alot of other games like Resident Evil, they have came a long way. I still play games with last generations graphics, when I play classic games, it brings back good memories, because I'm remember growing up with those games, and to see what the graphics were, to what they are now its absolutely amazing. |

[ot]Dude... We're talking about using nextgen patch in TRL, not about graphic generations at all. ;p[/ot]

I do... mostly because Lara's eyes look really weird in the next-gen graphics for whatever reason.
