AAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

i've downloaded the texture editor and the wad editor and don't have a clue how to use it!i've gone to the read me file but it's so long!so i was hopeing that some one could tell me how to use them,especially the wad editor.(i need to make some mental patients to attack lara in my level as long as it's possible to make enemies)

the main points i'd like on the wad editor is how to make enemies and friends,how to make furniture (beds, computers, lasers...)
