Cruise proposes to Holmes

Hollywood film star Tom Cruise has proposed to his girlfriend Katie Holmes at the Eiffel Tower, Paris. Speaking at a Paris news conference alongside Holmes, who was wearing an outsized ring, Cruise said: "Yes, I proposed to her ... it was early this morning at the Eiffel Tower, so I haven't slept at all."

Cruise, 42, was in Paris to promote the French release of the Steven Spielberg film "War of the Worlds" next month. Holmes, 26, who stars in the film Batman Begins, recently said: "I'm so in love with Tom and that's all that I care about. He's just the most amazing man in the whole world."

Geez! They've only been going out for like a month though, haven't they? Weird....why do all the movie stars rush into things so quickly?! Good luck to 'em anyway...

Cruise had troubles with Penelopie as well as Nicole and he was married to one for many years and dated Penelopie for more than a month. Well, I wish them the best, but couldn't they have waited just a bit longer? Hmmm....

Actually I've heard they were together for three months but personally I have no idea. But the difference between a month or three months in terms of a relationship like that is insignificant... I think they're crazy.

Does anyone remember how Katie Holmes said she's saving it for marriage? Well, don't get me wrong, but I think dear old Tom is thinking with... you know. That's a possibility, you never know right?

If it's not that, like I said before... they're just crazy. That's how I feel about it, because I wouldn't get married until I'd been going out with a guy for at least 2-3 years.
