stuck in tomb raider prophecy gba

Hi. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I can't find a board for the Game Boy games.

I'm stuck at the beginning of the MONK level of Tomb Raider The Prophecy for Game Boy Advance. I shot 2 wolves and a bad guy/ghost. I pressed the 2 buttons I could get to and opened a door and turned off a spike trap. But now the only exits I can find are in the middle of the area blocked by spikes and a door that won't open up near the top left. It looks like you should be able to jump across the ledges near the beginning of the level, but I can't make the second jump.

Can any body help? If you're playing and already
beat it, maybe you can load this level with the password (MONK) and tell me where to go next. Thanks a lot. Marie

Thanks very much. I haven't played all of the pc/psx Tomb Raider games but I do have all the game boy ones. They're a lot of fun. I have skipped this level, but I'm bummed out because I couldn't get it. I was doing really well up to that point. Marie

Marie. A colleague of mine is playing through the game right now, so soon I'll have an answer. The PC versions are great too!
