OK HUGE QUESTION!!! I am making Lara's House. I finished most of the inside but am already working on the outside. Now, The outside is made of many layers. I am specifically talking about the front of lara's house. Now i finished the whole front and the driveway and now I am moving on to the side of the house. The side of the house which you travel through to get to the start of the obstical course. The side of the house that has the grass maze and the quad bike track. With the tv room windows on it. Now i was wondering, scince the outside of lara's house is made up of so many layers, i am having trouble connecting rooms to that. I want to connect all those layers of outside to one hallway type thing. heres an example

stacked rooms

=
=
=
now i want to connect all those layers to one room like this
= ----------------
=
=
= ----------------

but everytime i try to connect the doors it says cannot connect door. know i know why this does this because you cant have one door on top of another, but i want to know how i can do this withought having an error. Because i am sick of making many layers of the outside. If you know how to do this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't totally understand what you are trying/not able to do, but I have a thought.

IF you have made any room you are trying to connect to, or from, into a flipped room already, you WILL NOT be able to connect to it. You must make all your connections to a room BEFORE you make it into a flipped room.

From what you have described, it doesn't seem like you would need flipped rooms to make Lara's home, but it's all I can think of. Hope it makes SOME kind of sense.

sorry for being so confusing. what im trying to say is that i want to connect a stacked room (made of 5 layers) into one room. in order to connect the stacked room, you have to click on every layer of the stacked room and connect the door to each layer. but after you connect one door, it says cannot connect door or invalid door position for ever other layer right. well i know why this does this but is there a way where i can connect a stacked room to a normal room but make doors in every room of the stacked room. ( i dont know if im making sense). heres a diagram

all the equal signs are one room but they are stacked rooms. the dotted line is the solid room. now i want to connect each stacked room to the solid room but i cant because doors cannot be on top of one another in one room. is there a way i can do this without having to make all of lara's outside stacked rooms??? thanks
