Animation making

Hey dudes! Just wondering, you all seem to be able to make animations and I was wondering how exactly?

Do you need a special program for it or soemthing? Thanks in advance. *bow* from RLL x

Well I know quite a few people who use Animation shop pro (comes with Paint shop pro I think)

I on the other hand seem to always have to do it the long hard way and use 3 different programs....Irfan View, Photoshop and UnFreeze.

Maybe it's because I'm soo damn cheap
