SO will it look even worse now that Xbox and PS2 run at 30 only?

no.. since human eyes can't see faster than 24fps anyway... it will just look "smoother" on 360

Great news, thanks for the scans

The news that Legend looks and runs better on the 360 shouldn't come as a shock to anyone

My guess is that the magazine is wrong about the XBox version only being 30fps because Riley Cooper himself said in the recent video interview that it is 60fps. Riley didn't mention the 360 fps though, maybe only because he was touting it's other great features. This magazine might be right about 60fps on the XBox 360 then... I'm sure they're going for it and they should be able to get it. Everything we've seen proves that CD are a very good development team--they seem to really get the most out of what they're working with!

The "24 fps theory" has nothing to do with fps in videogames. It most certainly gives a more fluid experience the higher the framerate is. 24 fps is way to low for a game like this. There is a big differens in movies and games.

When that is said, the game will rock on the ps2 with only 30 fps. And yes its 60 fps on the Xbox, but the question still remains is, will it be 60 or 30 on the Xbox 360. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
