Will TRL run on my computer. Can someone help me out please????

The main thing I'm worried about is my graphics card. It's a nVidia GeForce MX 400, is that good enough?

Possibly it wont run... but hopefully it may run on the lowest settings (by disabling all shader effects (SM1 - SM3), IF there will be such an option) Well, LOK: Defiance works perfectly (on max settings) with GeForce MX 400

MX 400 is a very weak card, dark_angel_7. At best it will give you basic image quality at 800x600 with hopefully decent framerates. But a card alone does not run a game. It depends on your complete PC how it will run.

Very much so. TRL COULD run on your computer with the card you have AS LONG AS the rest of your equipment is decent.

To give you a better answer to your question we need more info about your computer's specs.

My computer is very good. Not just because it cost a lot but because I've checked the specs and everything and it's better then most computrers in my opinion.

Only the real, simple facts of the specifications of your machine. To determine that, there is this handy tool.
Download Everest Home to your dektop. Unzip (extract) the file and install.
Start the program. In the left pane you'll see a rootstructure, select any item or sub-item. At the right pane you'll see the details.

Now please select Computer > Overview in the left pane. Then in the right pane right-click an item and select Copy as Text. Could you post it in your next reply, then we see what you have.
