Can somebody help me out, Im stuck in Kazakhstan???

HI guys!
I have just watched the cutscene where Lara finds Amanda and then Amanda is peed off at Lara on account of her not saving her. Now, after this cutscene, i dont know what to do. There are various crates i can move, but none of them appear to be particularly helpful. She says "maybe I can Bridge the gap" so she can get to the Testla tower, but i dont know how.

Can somebody either point me in the direction of a walkthrough or help me out please???

well first you need to power up the tesla gun then once youve done that, you need to move the metal platform over to the gap.
