Good idea Natla'd

Here's what I would like in the re-make

*Classic Lara Croft
*Lara's classic ponytail and outfit
*Legends control system, so long as they make it work with TR's design
*TR 3's mansion with the race course, indoor gym and swimming pool
*Classic ring menu system
*Bottomless backpack returns
*Classic Flair's and medi-packs return
*All of Tomb Raider's original levels, re-done in the best PS2 graphics
*The original puzzle designs
*A few new paths to explore here and there but not changeing the level design too much
*In-game cut-scenes replace the old FMV's of TR1.
*Original enemies from TR like crocodiles, dinosaurs, wolves, bares, bats, mummys and those freaky 'streaky bacon' men too
*Extra rewards hidden through-out the game simmilar to Legend

*Yes please crank up the scare factor too : )

Edit: Ooops I forgot no headset, no grapple, no binoculars and no Alister and Zip : )

This is a huge request and I understand if it's not included but a TR2 remake along with the game would be great

Adventure and exploring, rather than action gameplay.

Dark, Scary atmosphere, good sound effects and music score... (e.g. haunting noises in caves, etc)

- All the old moves set and control system - especially swimming controls
This includes backflips, sideflips, forward roll etc

- The grab button!!!
- able to holster/unholster weapons
- The old in-game menu system
- Backpack with items inside ie keys and medpacks etc
- I wouldn't even mind the shimmy set from legend - would be cool
- lots and lots of animals/ atlanteans - with a variety in design of course
- the classic weapon set
- fmv between areas as in original
- unfinished business as unlockable
- rag doll deaths ala AOD
- outdoor mansion sections
- I could even handle a button for medpack use mid battle (as in trl)
- random item placement option for replayability/ challenge - ie re-arrange mode
- save crystal system from tr 3 - pick em up and use anywhere (limited save anywhere)
- original Lara voice
- exploration/isolation
- classic outfit with bob/braid
- time taken stats and distance travelled secrets found etc - ( would rather have a distance travelled challenge than a time trial any day)
- flares
- bodies remain behind/ explode as original
- original weapon set - with ammo pick-ups
- large/small med packs
- upon secret discovery -original soundbite "A-ha"

Out with :

- all the bloody mercs
- the aiming reticule
- the bullet time
- no zip or allister on a headset
- no motorbike sections
- secret tokens - when i am hurting for med packs - make me search em out - not just find some silly silver reward for an outfit
- the grapple hook
- the binoculars/hint system
- interactive cutscenes

Oh well, if you are collecting em - heres mine

I agree with all of your things thepetemaster, except the above one. I think that a motorcycle bit of the game (not necissarily a full section) where lara jumps onto the boat could be good, if it wasnt a interactive cutscene though..
however, sounds nice in theory, not sure how it'd turn out in practise though

@ elysia for forgetting to mention no to the headset!

You guys have it pretty much covered. One addition I would like to see. All secrets and game complete unlocks the unfinished business levels! I never got to play these because they were PC only. PLEASE add these in AFTER beating the original part of the game...

Oops! Elysia covered that! I heard there was supposed to be an escape level after beating natla, but could anyone find the old core ideas of this or would CD have to make it up???

Oh, BTW, no headset!
