However, CD has never blown me away with a game other than akuji the heartless (arguably more tomb raider than AOD and Legend). And being blown away is overstating it; I was somewhat impressed. What CD is known for is primarily creating good game engines that tax the current generation of hardware, at least in my eyes. They did it with the Gex 3d series on playstation, and with Soul Reaver as well. Those technical achievements sort of define CD to me: a talented group of programmers that unfortunately can't seal the deal with as impressive environmental playability.

The next Tomb Raider should give us an indication of what CD is capable of...they really need to crawl out of their shadow.
yes, it should show more of what tomb raider will be like I am glad they got down lara first though that is a must to let your main character move like a butterfly!
yeah, cd does have solid titles i just love gex!!!!
