Devil May Cry 3 PC - modding question/request

Ok, since the PC version came out, I was thinking about the modding it.. But for that we need some tool [since we have one [or 2;] for TRL]. Maybe some1 from the forums know things about it?
Or maybe if some1 has the right knowledge maybe he can make a program for that?
If not, who should I ask?I'm thinking about extracting the textures, re-skin them in PS and extract back to the game..
What do you think? I know, I'd like to make an outfit on my own
