San Andreas was the best in gameplay, and the biggest world which was way fun but as far as the theme and atmosphere, yeah Vice City was my favorite one.

Thoug San Andreas has more territory but the atmosphere in Vice city is unbeatable.
The music, the colours, the houses, the clothes, the cars and even the characters give the the perfect reconstruction of the 80's of Miami.

It's my favourtie gta game.
