I saw this in the News of the World newspaper
"Sarah Michelle Gellar is obviously missing the Buffy role which made her a household name. The Grudge star is IN TALKS to reprise the high-kicking part along with the rest of the cast including Alyson Hannigan and Brit actor Anthony Head three years after calling it a day." I hope this means Buffy does come back, I was watching season three the other night thinking > 'God this should still be on tv!' If Sarah is willing to continue the series then I'm sure the rest of the cast would be happy to continue it too It did kind of end on a cliff-hanger so it's definetly possible, I hope they do continue it - I've missed the show so much, if it came back I'd definetly watch it again Just thought I'd share this news

I only watch a few shows on tv and this is one of them. I'd love to see the Buffy series continue.

I have the series on dvd and watch it through at least twice a year. But I really don't know what to think of this. Which network got it would have a big effect on the storyline. What would she get, other than money, from this.

Ohhh Willow was my favourite too. I think it'd be unreal if Buffy came back, the end of the show was so amazing when the whole town just imploded! It was one of those few shows that had just impeccable acting in it, despite the sometimes ridiculous storylines. Sarah Michelle Gellar made Buffy real
![]() P.S. My favourite episode is when they all forget who they are and they're trapped in the magic shop, or the musical Once More, With Feeling epsiode
