This is good guide: http://www.selfhtml.org/

Unfortunately it's German in original and only the CSS Part is translated in English but maybe you understand the other languages as French or Spanish.

Do someone know how to use freewebs? Cause I use it to train my html skills. I use the program BlueVoda. But everytime I put in a pic is shows that freewebs can't find it. How do I fix that?

http://www.w3.org/

This site contains a list of every allowed html tag and their options. If you want to make good webpages, you should learn HTML yourself and not use html editors. Specially not frontpage, it creates very buggy webpages.

If you look around on the internet you will find many sites who try to explain how html works. But be carefull, many sites are made by people who never studied for HTML. If you follow those suggestions, you end up with a webpage that looks soort of okay in 1 browser, but is completly buggy in any other browser.

This one is helpfull too:
http://www.w3schools.com

Also check this:
http://validator.w3.org/
This is a helpfull tool to check if your html page is bug-free. Bug-free pages will work perfectly in nearly every possible webbrowser available. You will get more visitors this way then if everybody can view the site normally.

Another option is the Bare Bones Guide to HTML, which is my personal reference page on this subject.

Where did the guy who wrote that guide learn HTML himself? The page itself doesn't even pass validation without returning lots of bugs

I don't know. It works fine for me, the page itself and the codes, I use them frequently in my Blogger page.
