The Original and still the BEST!!

Hard to believe an ancient relic like 'TR' still surpasses all the other TR by leaps and bounds.

Even the power of the 360 TR couldn't do much except make LARA look sexy.

I agree. The other TR's, or sequels I might say, are nothing compared to the first one. The original has an exceptional atmosphere, thanks to the level design, music, villains and plot. TR2 and onwards can't hold a candle to this masterpiece.

The first 3 games were allright, with either Tr1 or Tr2 being the best, I can't decide.

1 and 4 are the best,

2 and 3 are greatly fantastic games too, but I just enjoy the Tomb and Atlantis story of TR1, and the whole Egyptian theme and plot and levels of TR4! Excellent games, masterpieces and genius games!

I think the series started superbly and developed/improved with each game reaching it's zenith with TR3. TR4 was the start of its downwards slope simply because we really had seen it all by then and it contained nothing significantly new or better. But on it's own merits was at least as good as TR2.

The acceleration downhill increased with TRC reaching the bottom with AOD - both clearly inferior to the original. Legend - hmmmmmm, a definite upwards turn but heading along a different much gentler, prettier slope towards a massive abyss.

I still cant decide wich is the best.. but I always loved this game and it's sacry athmosphere.. a true tomb raider game has all the ingredients tr1 has.. kinda same with tr4 cause of the scary athmosphere and length..

seriously have cd played the first 4 games at all
