13th floor - no card blues

I'm on the 13th Floor, used the hammer on the padlock to avoid the vent collapsing, climbed up the ladder and gone through to the corridor with the coke machine, shot out the vents and crawled through to the other side of the red beams, and shot the guard in the glass booth

Now I'm told I need a swipe card for the triangular door on the 16th floor... where do I find this card. ?
