My TR is going Guavas!

I recently bought a TR game from the Trafford centre and I got it in an double package along with TRII! But when its installed I go to my computer in the TOMBRAID folder and I click TOMB and then the game loads up with no sound, no FMV (THEY WONT PLAY) and I can when I click new game it crashes, and when I start the home level it is in terrible graphics!
What can I do!

Anthony, have you viewed the }TR1 FAQ{ ?

If you follow the instructions there, install VDM sound first, then use the Advanced installer and choose dgVoodoo during setup, you can play with great graphics.

Or you can go to TECHNICAL SUPPORT. They will help you there because I'm so not for that.
