So who was the person who posted it then? Is he/she going to be banned?

Confused.

While I'm inclined to call the way in which these forums are moderated at least admirable, the manner itself in which some people get banned is far from it. Ugh.

We don't expect everone to be instant experts and know everything instantly. Obviously some people make mistakes here and there. Usually, unless it's something bad, you will get a warning. If you do it again, well, what do you expect?
If in doubt, read the T&C

Anything in particular? I don't remember anything, let alone every day!

As for content, I always think to my self, would I let my younger sister read that? If no, then that should be a reasonable guide.
All this is for the site's own good. If you let something go one day, will it go further the next? Give some people an inch and they will take a mile. Gets out of hand and the whole site becomes a less friendly place. We don't want that, do we?

That opens up a whole can of worms and will probably make it a lot less likely for you to be allowed back ever.

What if that person lives up to it? Will they ever be respected by the admins. again? I admitted to doing that and everybody seems okay with me. PLEASE don't have me banned for saying this. I'm a truthful person and I'll admit it. I just deal with the constant worry anymore. I'm attached to the forums! That's why I've been so negative toward everybody lately. (Let's just say, I was banned for a long time back in the day. I actually joined in November, not January.)

Oh calm you darned self down! They aren't out to get ya.

I will admit I did get suspended for being a bit "too" outspoken . Did it in anyway change the way mods and admins deal with me? Well if it has occured, I don't notice it.

I guess Justin came to my way of thinking . Nah! The guy is just fair.

So it wasn't the original thread creator that got the thread closed then?

Justin is fair... A bit light of putting his foot down sometimes , but fair. I'll give him that.
