is there anyway to turn off the electricity because I have a small bit of life, no medie packs and I need to reach a door to put the silver key in

If i remember correctly, on the bridge there is a loose peice of grill, opposite the grill through which you observed to two baddies plotting. You can jump up and shoot it out, then haul Lara up into the vents. In there somewhere is the power room and you can turn it all off.
It makes getting the nitrogen canister a lot easier... unfortunatly i didn't spot the grill until after i got the canister. I still managed it but it took a lot of attempts. Doh.
