Can you press CTRL+ALT+DEL, go to Processes tab, expand the window and take screenshot, then post it here.
Or run Diagnose.exe and post the report.
You can do virus/adware scan also.

Still can't see the list

If you have any antivirus currently running shut it down and try again...

If no success then press CTRL+ALT+DEL, go to Processes tab, expand the window and take screenshot, then post it here.
For taking screenshot press PrintScreen, then run Paint. In the Edit menu select "Paste", then save file as JPEG. Then use http://www.photobucket.com to host it. Then add link to the file to your next post.
