Why don't you just give in & go to bed? Just think how comfy that nice mattress would be, soft pillow, snuggly blankets, & a cat stretched out beside you. A CAT HE SAYS!!! Now he'll never go to bed. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif

I can't stand cats GF is out and so I can't even subsitute her for a cat.

Anyhow the coffee was strong and sweet and the caffine will soon start to kick in http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/clown.gif

Too much caffeine is not good for you Neil. Is this your working routine up 'til xmas? I'm so glad I gave up working in shops. Never did a 3am shift though. Would have died.

I've only had 3 coffees today.

This is not the routine it was because 3 memebers of the night shift went sick, and there was no one else stupid enough too volunteer to come in at such a ridiculus time. I suppose it had its advantage I started at 4am and finished at 7.30am not bad for an 8 hour day!

Caffine isnt very good for you. Try a cup of tea, its relaxing, but still has a little caffine in it so it will stimulate you. And it contains anti-oxidants and they are a body's best friend!

Everything in the right measure and according to your individual body's requirements.
You can't categorically say it's bad.
Like a good glass of wine or beer it can be just right for you.
