I wish! But I'd assume that might be up to SE/CD/Dark Horse to allow him to share it, since it was part of his work for the comic. He did share once a comission he had of Lara kissing Sam, but it was from before Inferno.

That's strange... why would be a problem, if an unused panel/sketch would've been shared after release?

This was a commission mind, not something that was supposed to happen in one of the comics he worked on.

As for the rest, you'd have to has Phillip himself, I am only speculating.

True. Honestly, he just gets her. I know he has moved on to bigger projects, but I would LOVE if he was in charge of Lara's design for a future game. That would be a dream!
