With the whole R18+ rating getting passed in Australian Parliament 2 days back, I speculate Tomb Raider could well be one of the first games of 2013 getting an R rating. I wonder if Tomb Raider's content actually gets to that extreme?

It's There's a PEGI 18 in Europe so I'd think it was the same in North America

M is 17+ in the US

I wouldn't mind a game with better graphics but the other example of the actual game character looked like crap. I don't mind CD's enviorments. They just need to work on their character models. The thing I liked about Underworld especially on XBOX360 was how amazing the game blended well with the character models to the enviorments.
