That's what I'm talking about. You'd think, if there was a manual grab, that it'd be one of the first things the game tells you how to execute seeing as it would be such a fundamental move. There's no mention of it in the Den though, if that's still supposedly the first playable bit of the game, and there's a bit of running/jumping/grabbing going on there.

But it was a demo made to show off the new Lara really. Nothing more, even if it is the beginning of the game. I never see official gameplay videos with much hud, if any.

That's true, but I think the demos had different purposes.

The hub demo was more to show off some of Lara's climbing abilities, so whether or not that is when we are introduced to a possible manual grab or the scramble feature in the main game, that's when they should have had a tutorial for manual grab.

But I still assume it's autograb.

As much as i used to Love manual Grab back then, now i just got used to Automatic grab which is by Far easier and more Interesting to Explore areas easier without the need of holding a button to do it i seriously have no problem with it i LOVE <3 Auto grab but now if they bring again Manual Grab.... :yik: i'd have to get used to it but i don't think i will enjoy Climbing and Exploring as much as Auto Grab Climbing :/

Was it that? I don't think it was at all, Lara isn't the be all & end all of TR. Crystal had already showcased the new Lara in the GI reveal and other subsequent publications. The E3 demo showcased what Crystal had done with the actual game at that point.

If manual Grab comes back i hope it doesn't mean it's going to be the Default grab in the game they'd rather include it as an Option like previous games :ohn:

Yeah, I remember the manual grab as well. It's been deffo said in one of the magazines. Don't remember which one though :-/

If it is an option, it can't be crap like it was in tra. bUT i THINK THAT WAS BECAUSE LEDGE HOPING AND MANUAL GRAB DON'T GO WELL TOGETHER.
