You misunderstood the entire point. The spike and head bash already seen in the first level automatically give the new game an 18+ rating, PEGI would not give those scenes a 16+ rating. I understand the point completely. I was just picking up on you saying CD made a mistake like here, you're saying CD guessed wrong with Legend when they didn't - it came out as 12+ in the UK so everything was fine, it's just shortly after PEGI stepped it up and so the Platinum version only got changed to a 16+, so it's not fair to say CD did anything wrong.
