Edit: Oh, I see you already did. The female almost does look like her. http://www.en.kolobok.us/smiles/arti.../JC_coffee.gif Who would have thought? |

So guys...
When Lara falls off a balance beam, do you think she'll grab it? I hope not. :/ |

Are those featuring in that Museum? |

Okay...so She stumbles off the roof into the gap and she doesn't grab onto the edge of the roof she falls off of, instead she grabs the beam in front of her... But when on the beam, if she fell off from not balancing properly, would she grab on or fall? I hope she falls. |

One of the most awesome games ever made :yah: |

SURPRISE!! Same as the last three....duh. ._. What happened when she fell off? If I knew I wouldn't be asking for theories, when she stumbles off the roof she doesn't grab the edge she stumbles from (perhaps like in LAU) instead she grabs onto the beam because she hits it (you have yo hit stuff for her to grab it). This place is so funny in the morning after playing TR1. Quote:

She stumbles off the roof and hits the beam and climbs up. However, she doesn't fall off the beam. I wonder, if she falls off the beam, would she grab onto the beam or just fall like she does with the rope in TRC? |

Yeah, I think it's gonna be like in the classics. She will not grab a beam or whatever else if fall down. |
I reckon she'll grab the beam if she falls. Having her not do so, according to Crystal's law of game difficulty, would be way too unfair on gamers. Also, if you leave Lara idle for thirty seconds she starts playing the game herself, again, to keep the difficulty in line with Crystal's tradition.
;) |
If the leaked gameplay is anything to go by, she'll land on the beam, fall off, clip to the other beam sitting beside it and then miraculously end up on the roof. http://i.imgur.com/ic0HD.png

She jumped to the roof, stumbled off and hit the beam (therefore grabbing it). |
^
It's hard to say exactly. That whole sequence is kind of obscure. |
Quote:
1. She jumps at the building (initiates scramble feature), 2. She jumps to the other roof (which is split in two) 3. She jumps the small gap between the split roof 4. she turns in mid air and lands on the spot of the roof we can't see 5. She stumbles off and then she's on the beam The beam isn't like ten yards away, the gap is small enough for her to have fallen through and hit the beam without being clipped onto it. edit: Also, upon watching the video over, there are not two parallel balance beams. The balance beam she hits runs under the roof and out through the gap, the other beam runs across the top of the roof and stops at the gap, and it's also smaller. |
Finally!
D: I now realize, it's Jak and Daxter this game reminds me of so much! D: |

I hope that we have to at least press grab if she stumbles or falls off an edge or a beam. :/
And I really want it to be similar to AC. Where can steer the grab in any direction. |

If you watch this video from 3:20 onwards it makes something seem clear to me... The Sage's home (in each hub world) is the "base camp". The Sage who we bring to the next "base camp" (the old Sage's home) is Roth. The Sage who used to inhabit our new "base camp" was a past survivor/ expedition leader. We come to a new hub as the story progresses and leave our baggage (Roth and any survivors we pick up on the way) at the "base camp". |

@larafan25
Steering in AC is just what you'd think it is... you press the grab button and use the left analog stick to steer his arms in any direction as far or as close as you wanted as far as is arms reach. In a sense...it feels very real. |
What do you think the loading screens will be like? Which game has the best loading screen?
|
The loading screen (at one point) is Lara's voice recording and some signals and bars and stuff.
