71 days since last new info with The Final Hours #1. Silence period back. :( |
It's really been 71 days? Wow, time sure does fly. :p
|
Yeah, July 10 was the release date of TFH1.
Who knows if there's still 71 days left to see next info. *le sigh* 165 days until the game release. *le bigger sigh* |

Change of topic but I just have to show everyone this. It's very interesting. :whi:
This is a Tomb Raider Legend E3 interview/live demo from 2005. Skip to 9:20. The question is, "How long will it take to finish the single player game?" and the answer is... Yep, you guessed it: 10-12 hours. Wow. Remember, this is TR Legend, the shortest Tomb Raider ever that can take 2-4 hours to complete, if you know the game well, and it took me roughly 6 hours to complete on my first play through. Now, also remember that this is exactly what CD are saying now about about the new Tomb Raider. Do y'all still believe them now? And yes, I know it's a different team now, it's a reboot, blah blah blah, but this is just solid proof that game developers lie (not that we already didn't know, lol). Yeah, I don't think Tomb Raider will be that long. |

^^ Yeah!
Come on! Don't be like that. That refers to the main plot of the game, but if you want to finish everything, be sure you'll need a few more hours playing. Looking treasures, reaching inhospitable places or discovering caves. Anything. I bet 20 hours to get 100%. Regarding the treatment of the fans could not complain on the number of activities in which it has been possible to be or participate in the making of this game. And still not over. A few days ago I read a post referring to this. Anyway they could deliver cupcakes, those who are in CrystalD, to all fans around the world with a courier.:cln::jmp::D |

And it's funny how he says the game would be out in Winter, but in reality, the game was released in Summer the year after. CD haven not changed a bit it seems. |

OMG! 10-12 hours, replayable value, the game is about exploration...that sounds just like what they say about Tomb Raider. We all know that Legend is everything, but 10-12 hours long game with a lot of exploration and replayable value. Holy mother of Gawd! I wanna cry ;__; |
We are doomed. :vlol:
I've literally lost all credibility for CD after watching that. From now on, I'm only going to believe something when I see solid proof or play it for myself. |
Quote:
:p Dear God! I'm speechless. :vlol: You know it's not funny, but I just have to laugh. And cry. :'D |

I just wanted to watch a TR Legend video from E3 and found that interview. I was amazed by all the similar things he was saying compared to what CD tell us now, and then he said that about the 10-12 hours single player, and I just had to share it. I was laughing too! :p It's amazing, really, and not in a good way. |

lul I'm seriously speechlees, I'm just smiling here like an idiot and don't know what to think. I'm confused, depressed...well, I hope the new game has a lot of replayability, exploration and stuff and 10-12 hours of gameplay - just the main plot, tho'. Without any exploration. |
And what do you have to say on this, Mikky?

Luckily there is no virtual reality yet. I can see myself playing with a backpack full of chocolates and victuals. |
@tampi
It's so hard to belive it, you know. Just imagine a hub the size of TRU. Can one imagine that? I don't. It's nonsense, I think. But I'd like to ask Karl if he remember what he said. |

I'm not not exactly sure what you mean by, "luckily there is no virtual reality yet." 0_o |
My faith was so hard to build...and then, Mikky just came and ruined it all...just like...

Love you.
Well, it's actually all CD's fault. :whi: |

Be sure on it. Quote:
Well, imagine that you walk into a virtual world that size. You better bring some food in your pockets just you need three days to find the exit. - "Mom, I'll be back in three days. I'm going to virtual hub oversized" lol |
@ Mikky :smk:
My mood just went from bad to worse. You had better be proved wrong! You WILL be proved wrong about Tomb Raider.http://www.xs4all.nl/%7Eernstmul/images/yahoo/28.gif |
I'm listening to one of the podcasts from last fall and they are talking about how the composer will be announced "SOON"!
So why hasn't the composer been announced yet? |
The only thing really untrue in that interview was the length of the game itself, which they may not have been lying because of how much was cut...for whatever reason.
|
^the Legend interview? Yeah, I was thinking that maybe it could be they had plans for Legend being a lot longer.
Even Camilla has jumped on the tease bandwagon: Quote:
Edit, it's not the podcast. |

And trust me, I want to be proven wrong just as much as you do. :p Quote:
He was going on about how much exploration there was going to be (the game is linear as hell), all the collectibles (there were collectibles, but they weren't that great nor were they that difficult to find), all the replay value the game has and lastly, the release date of the game. Quote:

SOON. |
Those who are worried or depressed! Repeat with me!
No pain! No pain! --- What can be that, @Rai? "fun" ? |
@Rai
Btw, how do you know for sure it's not the podcast? It's just that you made an edit saying it's not the podcast, I'm just curious about how you know. xD |
Just imagine they lied about showing no new stuff and we'll get something at the Tokyo event.
/wishful thinking |
