Release date is March 5th 2013.

No new gameplay since the All Access gameplay from (comic con?) which you can find here...

Though there are spoilers I guess, like in the above picture.

If not, it's definitely in the GT Tomb Raider episode or Final Hours.

OHH I remember that! But I can't really see her facial expression, it's from that episode they did with GTTV after the "rape" scene caused such a stirr.

Yes, that was the show I was referring too. If you take another look at the footage, it appears to be the moment after she kills the guy.
