Given it's location in the middle of the jungle as well as Trinity's efforts to keep it isolated Paititi does seem the logical place to put most of the new tombs.
Give them a chance to further flesh out the virtual real estate there. Maybe have it evolve along with the new narrative lines that they plan on introducing.

I swear I'm forever gonna be pissed San Juan is not the biggest hub in this game, it's just so beautiful!!

I feel like I'm the only person who loves Paititi.

I like Paititi! :D Was a nice change of pace to explore the city and do side missions to help the townspeople.

Just a shower thought. Could Crimson Fire be descendant of Lopez or his followers? She has green eyes & fair skin (under the bodypaint).

Aren't Yaaxils supposed to be divine creatures?

I wouldn't say that. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring Paititi and appreciate the work that was put into it. I see room for improvement but would not call that a flaw or missed opportunity.

Found this article discussing Shadow from the view of someone with an undergrad degree in anthropology. The author's reception of Patiti is pretty warm: http://coin-drop.com/shadow-of-the-t...-review-paula/

I believe they were referred to as protector goddesses.

Itís such a nice read. She really goes into the kind of detail many of us, mere mortals, havenít even thought about.
And she said the game is her top favorite. Yayyy :jmp:

Maybe, but everyone else appeared to be males & dark skinned. She could come later in the picture later. Anyway, it's just a theory.
