Ivan, tu puedes escribir tranquilamente el mismo símbolo delante y detrás de la frase.
Por ejemplo: !Bravo! (nadie lo notará ;)) o: ?Hay álguien ahí?
Yo, escribiendo en español en el foro a menudo evito y olvido escribir el primer símbolo al principio de la frase.:p
