I don't think she rolled because she got back up too quickly. It would've taken longer if she rolled.

When she jumps to the wooden platform, she goes down and out of the camera's view, and then comes up as if she's stumbled or rolled.

I'm pretty sure those are stumbles. They look similar to underworld's stumble, which was a great animation.

Did anyone ever notice in the gameplay demo, when Lara exits the cavern and sees all the ships, there are several birds circling in spots on the island? There were two groups of circling birds. That's usually a sign that something is dead. I wonder what killed whatever the birds are scavenging for.
