They gave 'lifespan' a 7.5 (not sure why exactly), and 'innovation' an 8.8 (which is quite generous imo :p).

They said that they would've liked more side tombs and that the characters are stereotypical and the dialogue and acting is flat at times. And they only gave it a 77 in the Lifespan category which seems to have really dragged the score down.

Some people are reporting some guys for playing the game early because they might have a copie that was taken in an illegal form.
Ok guys, but isn't that the problem of the people that supposed to take care of the game before it's released? The fans and people that like games em TR style will probably buy or have bought the game already. They have to take care of it before the release day, not us.

I'm jealous that is Saturday, I've worked all day and some people are playing and I'm not.



I wouldn't mind getting the game before the release if I had the chance and I bet a lot of people here would like to be playing right now if they had the chance , we are fans!!!!

I just feel that we don't have to be chasing those people, It's not our job. Our "job" now is to avoid spoilers and swallow that some are playing and we are not :/

I just think the reason why there are great things being said but the reviews don't match is because TR looks to be a great game but there doesn't seem to be any revolutionary or particular aspects that shine out. For it to get a higher review there has to be something special and I haven't seen it in this TR so far although I am 99% sure I am going to love it to death anyway <3

Thanks for informing me! I only saw the last bit of the article that one member quoted. The side tombs part is a bit disappointing. Couldn't care less for the other characters, but it sucks about the dialogue and acting :/

Which is weird, since it's an adventure game and it even has multiplayer. Imagine what it would have scored without the multiplayer. :confused:

That was it scored without multiplayer, there's still an embargo on it or so it said in the article.

But, at the end of the day, having good reviews is good for press and best selling, not for us on how we will play it or enjoy it. I mean, we played and enjoyed all the TR games, this is something substancially original, we will be blown away.

Yeah. But most of us want the TR series and thus this game to be successful.

To be honest it could get much better score.
The only thing they kinda didn't like is the Lifespan of the game.
(Value of the game, How long it holds your interest, Replay value)
