I've not been gyming it but I've been running and doing a bit of swimming, the results however are sadly not as obvious :p

I don't know if this helps if you're looking to add muscle you'll need to add some weight training in and start eating more (healthy protein rich food). Cardio is good to go along with that but you'll see better results if you add resistance training. :) I'm still a ways off from reaching my own goals - good luck with yours. :tmb:

Thanks :D Father Remote has a few books on ab training and muscle building so I am thinking of sticking my nose in them and having a look, he's a bit of a gym freak himself :p
