That is from a long time ago, apparently :p I'm not sure how 'true' we should consider these images to be; didn't they want to do multiplayer early on, but found it wouldn't work out? I remember reading that somewhere :confused:

Still on the fence for Multiplayer. However, the Singleplayer itself will probably be that amazing that I won't care :p

If CD wants to put multiplayer in this game, by all means.

Why is everyone mentioning that multiplayer can exist without co-op? I don't remember anyone mentioning that, but still, who would be the other player?!

I hate that I feel compelled to use Uncharted as an example, but it's only shame like when you hate coming out of the closet. It's not ACTUALLY a bad thing.

Uncharted...Goodness, people die in the story but you can play with them in MP. You can have copies of Nate, Elena, Chloe.

Why not copies of Lara?

It's not like multplayer has to be this story-strict cohesive experience.

Why not just fun?

Because it can.
People are complaining that multiplayer would ruin it, when in fact, it wouldn't any effect on the sp at all.
Multiplayer without co-op could feature everyone.
The thing about multiplayer is, it doesn't have to have a story.
So as far as multiplayer is concerned, they could have a Zombie Lara as a character if they wanted.

I could really just care less. I can play TR alone no problem, and I can play TR with friends just as well.
We'll know if they reveal the back cover.

Yes like DLC, which it probably really means. Multiplayer doesn't require an online store usually.

I think it'll look a lot better seeing the actual game in high def on an hd tv.
