No thanx, I definitley do not consider UC to be better than TR or the best sitting where Lara Croft once sat. So No, I have said that i consider UC too ''Inspired'' by Tomb Raider....

I agree. Nate is popular, but not as recognizable as Lara. Many people, even non-gamers know who Lara is.

The only people who know Allan Quartermain would be the people would read/watched The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen. And frankly, I don't think that's a lot.

I don't think that people know her only from movies... Mostly when I ask somebody if she/he knows Lara, the answer is that he/she played or at least saw a some classic TR title in his/her childhood.

That's the point, you shouldn't compare Quartermain to Lara... Lara is possibly, the most famous gaming character of all time.
