It's photoshopped. That's one of the officially released screenshots. They probably did that to not show spoilers. Either that, or she's just acting and pretending to play the game. :p

You might want to increase the RAM abit to preferably 8GB, but other than that you're more than safe.

I just noticed something in this video. The time-stamp on the footage they're working through for the voice over marks at 14 hours and 36 minutes. Could this potentially confirm that the game is definitely going to be lengthy? I imagine the footage they're using has all scenes with Lara talking so that all her lines can be captured. Not sure though. Thoughts?
