TOMB RAIDER General Discussion Thread
 

For those thoughts and posts that don't really fit into any one of the threads we already have and don't truly deserve a thread all their very own. Kind of like a General Chat, but only for the new game.

My hopes for this thread is that it may help cut down on some of the more pointless threads that this sections has been having and reduce the off-topic posts in the Community Collected Media thread and whatnot. Whether it works or not, I have no idea, but it doesn't hurt to try. :o

Maybe for a tribute or something... Sorry. I just don't like vocal singers for trailers. The Underworld trailer was basically the only exception.

Maybe it could work, but I'm a bit skeptical.

I am so excited for this game. I know the story and gameplay is going to be intense, incredible, and unbelievable! I never felt so emotional about a tomb raider game before. .. All of those threads about uncovering little clues about the game made me so pumped! :D I can't wait to learn about the island, and get immersed into the horror aspect of the game. :D

But serious about the music, have anyone seen the new music trailer of Journey? Really beautiful, I could defiantly hear similar music work for the new game.

I think we need to listen to something COMPLETELY the opposite to Glee to counter-act those terrible side-effects...how about this for in-game sound FX? :D (start at 3:42)

Late January I believe.

[/CENTER][/QUOTE]...If the emotion you're trying to convey is confusion and... maybe a bit of frustration... with some unsettling creepiness thrown in for good measure, sure. Otherwise, it sounds really jumbled. O.O

I seriously hope Tomb Raider has a full orchestra. Not just a couple instruments. I totally wanna see some behind the scenes of the orchestra recording.
